First Steps is an Indiana statewide program providing early intervention therapies and services for infants and toddlers age birth to three years.

The first three years of life are the most critical for a child's development. If there is a developmental delay, early intervention therapies can help improve the child's chances for quality of life. Giving children the best start in life is what First Steps is all about.

First Steps of North Central Indiana serves infants and toddlers throughout Allen, Adams, Blackford, Cass, Delaware, Fulton, Grant, Henry, Howard, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, Madison, Marshall, Miami, Pulaski, Randolph, Starke, Wabash, Wayne and Wells counties. Anyone can refer a child to First Steps – parents, caregiver, physician, friend, etc.
